Yan Skuratov

Yan Skuratov is a Director of the Company Y3 Capital Group Ltd. with many years of experience in strategic industries and international environmental projects. His education in international economics, and extensive practice in implementing large-scale infrastructure programs have shaped him as a specialist in systemic thinking.

In November 2024 he joint Project New Heliopolis – designing Solar Smart City 5D in Bulgaria and hold position of Senior Advisor on AI Integrated Control & Security System. System AI IC&S use vision and recognition software in bots and drones and entirely powered by Solar Energy.

He is also Managing Director of Agro-Service Bulgaria and Organic Bio-Protection Company (Bulgaria). The projects also includes the development of an innovative concept for forest planting and Bio-Protection using drones with Operating system using High Resolution Vision, Recognition Algorithms and AI (Artificial Intelligence) – a solution oriented towards the needs of forestry in European countries and aligned with the EU’s Green Deal Strategy. Technology also used in Security.

To date, the laboratory and its associated company have been successfully operating for several years in partnership with leading international companies specialising in seed production and selection, providing next-generation bioprotection solutions for EU and rest of the world.

Alexander Barabanov

Alexander is the founder of 5D Solar City AG, a Swiss company developing the 5D Solar Concept— a symbiosis of solar energy, artificial intelligence, and financial technologies—aimed at creating an energy-integrated 5D digital platform. The company’s philosophy is rooted in sustainability, Net Zero principles, and green finance.

Alexander graduated from the High Technical School with an MSc in Flexible Machining Systems (CAD/CAM), specializing in robotics and bionics. He also holds a diploma in Patent Law and Intellectual Property Law. He further continued his education at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, expanding his expertise in geopolitics and the economies of developing countries in Asia and Africa. He has 25 years of professional experience in Africa.

He is currently working on the implementation of the “New Heliopolis,” a Generation 5+ Solar Smart City project in Balearic Islands and Sofia, Bulgaria, and is finalising a series of algorithms for a solar digital banking payment system—part of a broader Quantum Digital Banking System for smart cities.

Thespecialist and advisors in  R&D team drives innovation, technical breakthroughs, and product evolution. Develops new drone technologies, sensors, and AI-driven systems. Integrates hardware with advanced software and analytics. Engineering, robotics, AI modeling, systems integration, materials science.
 
Navigator / Mission Planning Specialist
This role ensures efficient, safe, and optimized drone operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Designs mission flight paths and operational workflows
Analyzes terrain, weather conditions, and airspace restrictions
Ensures safety protocols and regulatory compliance
Works closely with pilots to prepare pre-flight and post-flight plans
Monitors real-time mission data for adjustments
Core Strengths: GIS analysis, airspace knowledge, situational decision-making.
